Pale straw in colour. The nose reveals delicate aromas of white peach, melon and honey, layered with toasted oats and charred oak. The palate has a creamy, silky mouth feel and a lovely natural viscosity, balancing freshness with a refined dry finish. Drink now or cellar up to 6 years.
Complements garlic butter prawns, roast pork loin with apple and sage or a soft brie cheese.
